Your Apartment

  • Noosa Blue is a self-contained resort and our units are not serviced daily. We provide an amenities starter pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, washing liquid, dishwashing powder, laundry powder, hand/body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Please note that stays exceeding 5 nights will have a mid-stay service in which linen and towels will be changed, rubbish emptied and amenities topped up.

  • Your apartment is equipped with an individual thermostat. The temperature can be adjusted via the control panel on the wall in the entrance way. For the air conditioner to operate, the windows and patio doors must be fully closed. The unit will turn off automatically if the patio doors are open or not closed properly.

    For cooling press ‘Mode’ key to ‘Cool’ setting – the optimal operating temperature to cool the apartment is 22-24 degrees. Setting the temperature lower than this will cause the system to ice up and drip water.

    For heating press ‘Mode’ key to ‘Dry’ or 'Heat' setting – the optimal operating temperature to heat the apartment is 23-25 degrees. Setting the temperature higher than this will cause the system to operate inefficiently.

    Please ensure the power slot is activated with your room key, located on the wall as you walk in the door.

  • In an effort to ensure we are working towards a more sustainable resort, your unit will require a room key to be placed in the power slot as you enter to activate the lights, air conditioning and power points.

    Your fridge is on a separate circuit and runs continually.

  • Unlimited internet access is available to all guests and login details can be found in your unit.

  • For your convenience, pool towels are provided in your unit, complimentary. Please utilise these towels to enjoy our wonderful pool areas and if you wish to swap out your pool towels at any stage during your stay, please return your current towels to Reception. A nominal charge of $3.50 per towel is charged for replacing the towels. Should your stay exceed 5 nights your pool towels will be replaced during your mid stay service complimentary.

    Please note that each unit is equipped with a washing machine and dryer should you prefer to launder your towels.

  • Each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer combination or a separate washing machine and dryer. For instructions, open the powder tab and pull the grey tab out for cycle information.

  • Your TV is equipped with a Chromecast device that is linked to your room Wifi network. Please log your device onto your unit wifi network. With your TV remote hit the ‘Source OR Input’ button and select HDMI. You will then have connected your phone to be ready to stream your favourite content source to the TV by selecting the App on your phone and the casting symbol. To watch free to air channels on your TV please select the ‘source or input’ button on your remote to change it back to TV mode.

  • As a courtesy to other guests, please ensure noise is kept to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Noosa Blue has a strict “no party” policy. Should you encounter any noise past these hours, please phone security on (07) 5447 7566 or in the event of an emergency local police on “000”.

    If you require emergency after hours assistance in relation to your unit please phone our after hours department on 07 52110400.

  • The rooftop spa is set on 34 degrees. To change the temperature, simply push the up or down temperature button. Timers are set from 7am-11pm on all spas. Should you require assistance please see reception during office hours.

  • Noosa Blue is a non-smoking and non- vaping resort. This includes all common areas, rooftops, balconies and patios within the complex and units. A smoking area is located at the front of the resort, to the left of reception, on the footpath, opposite the BWS. Please note, if there is any evidence of smoking in your room or outside of the designated smoking area, a $200.00 charge will be applied.
